Trialling the YourMap app

We're a community mapping project in Preston seeking to highlight and share local assets - which could be groups, activities, facilities and beauty spots within Preston. To do this, we will soon be launching an app that features a list of assets that our citizen researchers have added, an interactive map of assets in Preston and an ai companion to help guide you through our city.

Before the launch, we are looking for volunteers to trial the app so we can ensure everything is functional and easy to use.

As part of this, we would like you to use the new app (which we will link you to) and provide feedback and updates of your experiences while using it. To do this, you will need a smartphone - preferably with data roaming. We won't give you any specific tasks or dedicated hours, just that you trial the app in your day-to-day life.  As a trial participant your advice will shape the app going forwards, giving you the opportunity to give real and lasting impact on our city.
