Whitehall park committee volunteers

The Little Potting Club at Whitehall Park SG

Many roles are available within the park committee such as -

1, planting, green maintenance.

2, maintaining the parks website.

3, admin of the parks social media.

4, plan and/or run park fundraising events.

5, research and look for suitable funding to support park projects.  

A committee volunteer can choose any role they would like to support. However are expected to attend regular committee monthly meetings at the parks cabin. 

A park committee volunteer will be expected to apply for a DBS check.

What skills do I need?

A committee volunteer can support the park in many ways and therefore all are welcome.

It is required however for the committee volunteers to attend monthly meetings on a regular basis. Held at the parks cabin once a month.

Ideally Saturday. However other days can be arranged.
