Wellbeing Delivery Support

Lancashire Mind

Our Wellbeing Delivery Supporters play a vital role in our mission to create a Lancashire where everyone can achieve the best possible mental health and wellbeing. As part of our delivery team, you’ll be out in the community, sharing valuable information and practical guidance to help others improve their wellbeing.

You’ll receive full training and support to deliver sessions, starting alongside experienced staff or volunteers, with the aim of building your confidence to lead sessions independently over time.

You’ll be part of a volunteer bank supporting the delivery of our ‘5 Ways to Wellbeing’ sessions to a wide range of local community groups. You may also help us identify new opportunities and contacts within your community—spreading the word and making sure these tools reach those who need them most.

Availability:
Pre-planned sessions will be shared with our volunteer bank, so you can sign up for those that best suit your schedule. We can also arrange delivery opportunities around your availability wherever possible.

Time Commitment:
Sessions are usually an hour long, plus there will be travel time.
