Volunteer Support Assistant - Programmes & Admin

Awero Care & Crafts CIC is seeking reliable volunteer support to assist with programme delivery and ongoing operational tasks. Volunteers will support community sessions and, when programmes are not running, help with light admin and organisation. 

Typical tasks include: set-up/pack-down support, sign-in assistance, taking clear photos and short video clips for documentation, scanning/filing forms, organising folders, and uploading images/files.

This is a weekly volunteering opportunity (around 4 hours), with additional support needed during programme delivery weeks.

What skills do I need?

Confident taking clear photos and short video clips on a smartphone

Basic admin skills (scanning, filing, organising folders, uploading files)

Reliable and punctual

Discreet, respectful, good communication

Comfortable supporting community activities

When do I need to be available?

Details

Ongoing: approx. 4 hours weekly. During programme delivery, support is typically required on Thursdays 9:30am–1:30pm. Additional flexible admin support may be arranged by agreement when programmes are not running
