Volunteer Caretaker / Building Support Volunteer

We are looking for friendly and reliable volunteers to help keep our community centre clean, tidy, and welcoming for everyone who uses the building. This important role supports staff, volunteers, and visitors by ensuring our spaces remain safe, organised, and presentable.

What You'll Be Doing

Keeping communal areas neat and tidy

Wiping down tables and surfaces

Helping to organise rooms and equipment

Carrying out light cleaning tasks

Ensuring notice boards and public areas look presentable

Assisting with setting up and tidying away for activities and events

Reporting any maintenance issues to staff

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable and trustworthy

No previous experience required, full guidance provided
