**Role Description:**
As a Trustee, you will play a crucial role in the governance and strategic direction of the charity. We are particularly seeking individuals with:
- Experience in charity governance
- A passion for women’s mental health and wellbeing
- Skills or interest in finance, treasury, and financial oversight
- Secretarial skills and experience
**Responsibilities:**
- Attending and contributing to monthly board meetings, held in person and via Zoom
- Providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure the charity’s objectives are met
- Supporting the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Ensuring the financial stability and sustainability of the charity
**Who We’re Looking For:**
- Individuals with a background in charity governance, finance, treasury, or secretarial skills
- People who are passionate about supporting women's mental health and empowerment
- Team players with strong communication and leadership skills
- Committed individuals who can dedicate time and expertise to help our charity grow
- Individuals looking for a challenging yet rewarding role and a way to give back to the community
