Project Admin and Social Media Volunteer

The Garden Maze CIC

To assist with the Seeds of Change Project administration and create relevant content during sessions for social media and digital evidence of project delivery

Seeds of Change is an ongoing Wellbeing Programme designed to help local Adults reduce stress, build Emotional Resilience and adopt Healthier Habits.  The sessions combine guided mediation, EFT Tapping, Neuro Rocking, Wellness Walks and a practical Eat the Rainbow Healthy Eating Approach.

Up to 12 participants will attend weekly group sessions with 1 to 1 check-ins and individual sessions. They will receive stamp cards for each session for consistent attendance to promote a sense of self empowerment and achievement.

What skills do I need?

Good IT skills, attention to detail, social media creativity
