Creative Engagement Project Volunteer

Volunteer needed to help facilitate the more artistic and creative aspects of the Seeds of Change Project. This role will offer opportunities to help deliver project sessions in addition

Seeds of Change is an ongoing Wellbeing Programme designed to help local Adults reduce stress, build Emotional Resilience and adopt Healthier Habits.  The sessions combine guided mediation, EFT Tapping, Neuro Rocking, Wellness Walks and a practical Eat the Rainbow Healthy Eating Approach.

Up to 12 participants will attend weekly group sessions with 1 to 1 check-ins and individual sessions. They will receive stamp cards for each session for consistent attendance to promote a sense of self empowerment and achievement.

What skills do I need?

Artistic and creative is all that is needed as well as a welcoming disposition. Any training needs will be met
