Courtesy Call Volunteer

Galloways

Galloways are looking for committed Courtesy Call Support Volunteers to support our high-demand services by helping us gather valuable feedback from the people we support. This role plays an important part in demonstrating the impact of our services and ensuring we continue to meet the needs of our service users. Volunteers will make courtesy calls to service users to gather feedback on services they have received, helping us understand what is working well and where improvements can be made. During these calls, volunteers will also ensure service user details are accurate and up to date on our database, and that individuals remain informed about the practical and emotional support available to them. The role includes carrying out service user check-ins, updating client records, and supporting surveys and feedback activities, all of which contribute directly to service development, funding evidence, and continuous improvement.

What skills do I need?

We are looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking volunteers who are confident communicating by phone and comfortable with basic computer-based tasks. Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential—full guidance and support will be provided. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute behind the scenes while making a real difference to the quality and reach of our services. We are looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking volunteers who are confident communicating by phone and comfortable with basic computer-based tasks.
