Galloways
Galloways are seeking dedicated Courtesy Call Support Volunteers to play a vital role in supporting our high-demand services. This rewarding position is central to helping service users stay connected, informed, and supported—both practically and emotionally. Volunteers will help maintain strong relationships with our service users through courtesy calls, ensuring their information is accurate and up to date on our database, and that they remain aware of the full range of support available to them. This role directly contributes to the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our services by making sure no one feels overlooked or disconnected. Key responsibilities include conducting service user check-ins, updating client records, and supporting surveys and feedback activities, all of which help us continuously improve our support.
We are looking for reliable, approachable, and hardworking individuals who are confident communicating by phone and comfortable with computer-based tasks. Previous office experience is helpful but not essential—what matters most is a commitment to providing a caring, professional service and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. We are looking for reliable, approachable, and hardworking individuals who are confident communicating by phone and comfortable with computer-based tasks.
